How can I find where my tram or bus is?
Open the live map and use the line filter at the top, or select your line from the list. Vehicles are displayed in real time with line numbers and driving directions. Tap any vehicle to view its speed, vehicle ID, and next stop.
What is the difference between scheduled timetable and live arrival?
When a vehicle broadcasts active GPS coordinates, the app shows real-time countdown in minutes (e.g. ● 3 min or ● arriving) including delays. If no active GPS signal is currently available, the scheduled departure time from official ZET timetables is shown.
Why is a vehicle I see on the street not showing on the map?
Some vehicles in service may have disabled, unpaired, or temporarily faulty onboard GPS validators, or pass through cellular dead zones. The vehicle is physically running on the route, but ZET servers do not receive coordinates, so it cannot be displayed until GPS signal is restored.
How frequently is vehicle location data refreshed?
The app fetches the latest available data from official ZET servers every 15 seconds (or faster at 5s/10s). Note the difference between app refresh rate and vehicle broadcast frequency: actual coordinate freshness depends on when the vehicle's onboard GPS unit transmitted its last packet (typically every 10–30 seconds, depending on the route and cellular coverage).
Is this an official Zagrebački električni tramvaj (ZET) app?
No, this is not an official ZET app. It is an independent, free public service project created by Innova SOFTWARE d.o.o. (Varaždin) utilizing official open transit data (GTFS / GTFS-RT) published by ZET and City of Zagreb.
